Standardization (handbook)
The handbook is a source of information about standards, the benefits flowing from them, the principles of the standardization system, relationships between standards and the law, including the role of standardization in the system of conformity assessment and certification. The publication will be helpful for every teaching staff to devise their own curricula, and for students to get the knowledge which is useful in their work. Without this knowledge a entrepreneur or any other economic operator cannot function properly. If  they neglect standardization, they are only passive participants in the global market, sooner or later doomed to failure.  Standardization contributes to the economic innovation, entrepreneurs’ creativity, transferring of administration rights to society and building of social trust.

The certification process of confirming the quality of IT systems and provided services was presented.
