SALES REGULATION of Polish standardization products for foreign customers
2.1. Net prices of the network electronic versions depend on the number of simultaneous network users.
2.2.Erratum and corrections of Polish Standards are free.

After placing the order the Customer will receive an automatic feedback confirming receiving it to e-mail address indicated in the order.
Entering changes or canceling the orders are possible but no later than one day after placing the order, by contacting Sales Department:

6.1 The time of processing orders for Polish Standards standardization products is up to 10 working days from the date of placing the order.

6.3 In case of any difficulties with keeping order delivery date, the customer will be informed about the delay.
7.1. Orders are executed only on the basis of prepayment.

7.3. VAT invoices for ordered electronic products can be sent by e-mail or by post by registered letter.
7.4. All VAT invoices are drawn up in PLN (Polish Zloty).
8.1 All complaints are considered individually taking into account Civil Code rights and in accordance with Polish legal provisions – the Act of 17 July 2002 on Particular Consumer Sales Conditions (Journal of Laws no. 141, item 1176 as amended.).
8.2 Complaints regarding product that is faulty or contrary to the provisions of the agreement (order) should be sent to Polish Committee for Standardization, Sales Department, ul. Swietokrzyska 14, 00-050 Warszawa – after fulfilling the complaint form and enclosing a copy of the paid invoice.
8.3 A written response is given to every complaint.
8.4 Any returns are not permitted because of the type of the service (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended. - Art.10, paragraph 3 point 5).
9. Every customer has an obligation to get acquainted with these regulations and is bound by its provisions.

All the products offered by PKN are original and in accordance with Polish legal provisions - the Act of 12 September 2002 on Standardization (Journal of Laws No. 169, item 1386, as amended.) are protected as literary works and their proprietary copyrights are owned by national standardization unit (PKN).
